What Is a Superfood?
Superfoods are everywhere. You can find them in books and magazines, vitamins, drinks and of course foods. And while they might not have special powers or be able to fly, they are considered some of the best-known foods for a reason.
Superfood is a word used to describe a food that is extremely high in nutrients compared to other foods.
